1. Open Route → Download offline map. Review the included map, GPX route and navigation instructions, then choose Confirm download.
  2. While Downloading, watch the percentage and transferred size. Use Pause to pause, Resume / retry to continue after a pause or failure, or Cancel download to abandon the unfinished download.
  3. At Downloaded, check the version and downloaded time, then choose Use offline map.
  4. Open the event’s route or navigation using that prepared package when the connection is unavailable. Location permission and the phone’s location services are still needed to follow your position.
  5. Before a later outing, use Check for update or Prepare update, review the estimate and confirm the new package.

Storage insufficient needs free space before retrying. If preparation fails, restore connectivity and use Retry or Prepare download. Pause/resume and cancellation apply to an unfinished transfer; reopening an already downloaded version may return immediately to its ready status.

To reclaim space, finish active navigation/download work, then use Delete offline data. This removes the event’s downloaded route package, not your booking or saved activity. If deletion is refused while the package is in use, finish that activity and retry.

Offline data covers the downloaded route and map area. New help requests, messages, purchases, uploads and live sharing need a connection; off-route walking-route calculations may also need it. Keep the correct organizer/account selected and prepare before losing access.

Downloaded confirms the package is ready. Use offline map selects it; Check for update and Delete offline data manage the package.
