Account, organizers and tickets

• Add or change organizer

  An organizer is the team providing the events you see. Adding one to the phone is separate from signing in or buying a ticket.

• Sign in and recover access

  Use your account login email to restore your account. Use the participant email stored on a ticket to connect that participant. They can be different addresses.

• Connect a ticket and show the right QR code

• Buy a ticket and return to the app

  Select the organizer and event, then choose Attend or Buy a new ticket .

• Understand purchase status and recover

  The app checks the booking when you return from checkout. Choose Refresh for another check; the browser closing by itself does not confirm payment.
