  1. Choose Create account on the sign-in page and enter your details.
  2. Verify your email from the message you receive, then sign in. Use Forgot password? if you need a reset link.
  3. If you belong to more than one organization, choose the one you want to manage. If you were invited to a team, open that invitation and follow its verification steps.

What is onboarding?

Onboarding prepares the organizer account: its identity, public presence, legal and billing details, team access, and event defaults. It does not create an event or open registration.

You can work through setup in stages. The page marks each section as complete or needing review.

Website import is a shortcut.Enter your organization’s website to prepare editable suggestions, or choose manual entry. Check names, contact details, legal data, and brand assets before confirming them.
