Tickets, capacity and services

• Set ticket types and shared capacity

  Open Advanced settings → Tickets & Allowances for the detailed catalog.

• Manage voucher campaigns and codes

  Open the event’s Vouchers and choose Create campaign .

• Add an included service

  An allowance is an included quantity for a participant, such as one meal. Configure it separately from a paid add-on and from admission.

• Offer a paid extra

  An add-on is an optional product bought with a booking, such as transport or merchandise. A ticket of type Admission is used for entry.
