1. Select the organizer and event, then choose Attend or Buy a new ticket.
  2. If asked, choose Sign in / Create account to verify an account, or Continue as guest.
  3. In the browser checkout, review the event, tickets, add-ons, buyer details and total before deciding whether to pay. Available methods depend on the event and your device.
  4. When a return opens Purchase status, use Refresh to check the current result or Back to event to return to that event.

Closing the browser returns to the app; it is not proof of a completed purchase. A not-started or pending status is not a paid ticket. Check your confirmation and connect the participant if the ticket is not yet in your wallet. Do not buy again solely because the app has not refreshed.

Follow the purchase-status message: wait while payment or ticket preparation is in progress, open the tickets after completion, or follow the ticket email when a participant must be connected separately. See purchase results and recovery.
