1. Open Activities → My recordings and select a saved activity.
  2. Use Overview for its summary or Replay for playback. Play/pause, the timeline and speed controls change the replay, not the saved route.
  3. Choose Export GPX to open the phone’s share sheet. Choose a destination you control, such as local Files, or dismiss it to cancel.

For photos attached to the activity, open Photos & videos. You can also create a reel from your saved media.
