1. Choose Set up managed sender for the managed option, Use my own domain for an address on your organization’s domain, or Use my own mail server for SMTP.
  2. For your domain, enter Email address, sender name and reply-to address, then Continue. Copy the displayed DNS records to your domain provider and choose Check verification. While waiting, the sender is not yet ready. When verified, use the ready sender.
  3. For SMTP, enter SMTP server, Port, Security, Username, Password and From email. Enter optional sending limits only when your mail administrator supplies them, then choose Continue.
  4. Review sender name, default language, From email, reply-to and footer. Choose Save changes.
  5. Set an inbox you control under Test recipient email and choose Send test email. Inspect the received message and its reply address before sending a campaign.

With several profiles, Use this profile selects a ready alternative; Continue verification resumes an unfinished one. Removing an alternative sender is separate from selecting it. Contact participants only after checking the active sender, audience and message.
