1. Choose the relevant function: General, QR Check-in, Tickets & Allowances, Email Triggers, Location or Information.
  2. Complete its required fields. Use Save to retain the configuration or Save & Next to continue where offered. Use Cancel to return to saved values.
  3. Reopen the function to check consequential changes before sharing the event.

Ready means the function’s required configuration is present; it does not prove that an email was delivered or a device can scan. Not started means no first configuration has been saved, Missing options identifies remaining required choices, and Disabled means the function is inactive.

Optional mobile functions are available for Branded App events. Configure only the functions the event uses: Path & Tracking, Event Schedule, Request Help and Notifications. A route upload can remain unavailable while it is being checked; wait for readiness before treating the GPX as usable.
