1. Open the event’s Participants. Search by a useful name fragment or apply Filters for status, check-in, product or registration dates. Clear filters if a person seems missing.
  2. Open the participant’s detail or check-in summary and inspect the selected ticket. Review assignment before changing attendee details.
  3. For the order, open Bookings, search for the booking and select it. Inspect Overview, Participants, Payment, Legal and Communication.
  4. Use the specific action needed, such as sending a ticket, booking confirmation or participant access link. Check the selected person and email address before sending.
  5. Check Email History or the booking’s communication history for the actual result before trying again.

To request an existing booking invoice by email, open that booking’s Booking actions → Send invoice. The action depends on permission, a buyer email and an invoice requested for that booking. Check Email History afterward: an accepted request can still be recorded as Skipped, so do not promise delivery from the immediate feedback.

Completed concerns the displayed registration or payment record; it is not proof of admission. Pending is unfinished. Refunded, Disputed, Reversed and Cancelled are distinct filters; do not infer a successful refund or dispute resolution from the existence of a tab.

The participant-management link in a booking email allows permitted detail updates and ticket assignment. It is valid for 12 hours. If it expires, use the appropriate access-link action rather than forwarding someone else’s private link. For mobile access, the attendee separately connects the participant to their account.
